We all know it’s a competitive environment however, continuing to view your marketplace as simply competitive will perpetuate the commoditization of you and your services. This is a very strong sentiment within me, the way I run my business and in every way I work with clients. And, I’ll be the first to say that my business model and approach is not a good fit for everyone. For those who believe that growing or evolving their own practice is a zero sum game all based on numbers alone, we’re not a good fit.
